Welcome to CWhead Tech (�we,� �us,� �our�). By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all computer services, including diagnostics, repairs, and custom builds, performed in and around Columbia, Tennessee (Maury County).

1) Services

We provide local computer diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and custom PC builds. Service details and pricing are communicated prior to work commencing. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

2) Estimates and Approval

Before beginning any repair or custom work, we will provide an estimated cost and scope of work. You must approve this estimate before work begins. Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during diagnostics or repair.

3) Customer Responsibilities

• Back up all important data before bringing in your device. We are not responsible for data loss under any circumstances unless explicitly stated in writing.
• Provide accurate contact and device information when requesting service.
• Collect repaired devices within the specified time once notified of completion.

4) Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods indicated on your invoice or estimate. Unpaid balances may incur late fees or collection costs.

5) Repairs and Liability

• We perform all repairs and installations with care and technical expertise.
• We test devices prior to and after service to confirm functionality at the time of delivery or pickup.
• Once a repaired device leaves our possession or is accepted by the customer, CWhead Tech is not responsible for any subsequent damage, hardware failure, data loss, or other issues that may occur.
• Any warranties provided by part manufacturers apply directly through those manufacturers. Unless otherwise stated in writing, CWhead Tech does not provide extended warranties on labor or parts beyond initial verification at pickup or delivery.

6) Abandoned Devices

If a device is not collected within 30 calendar days after notice of completion, it will be considered abandoned. CWhead Tech reserves the right to dispose of or recycle abandoned devices to recover service costs.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CWhead Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or loss of revenue. Our total liability for any claim related to services rendered is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

8) Parts and Third-Party Components

When using third-party components or software, those items are subject to the respective manufacturer�s or vendor�s warranty and licensing terms. We are not responsible for defects or failures in third-party components.

9) Service Area and Governing Law

Our services are provided exclusively within the Columbia, Tennessee area. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable U.S. federal law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maury County, Tennessee.

10) Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, with a new �Last updated� date. Continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes acceptance of those changes.
